Shin rin Yoku Forest Bathing in South West Nature

I am a nature therapist and would love to connect you to nature through Shin rin Yoku in South West nature. I gently guide people through the process of Forest bathing - a meditative form of nature immersion. This has many amazing mindfulness & wellness benefits- lower heart rate, decreased inflammation, a lowering of dis-ease caused by modern-day life. It is very calming, slow & involves being guided through a number of techniques that are enjoyable and gentle. A bathing session is for 2.5-3 hours, with tea and biscuits at the end.
You will leave happy, relaxed, uplifted with some skills to help manage stress, new friends & a sense of knowing the 'real" SouthWest. Physiological benefits from Forest bathing are well known across the world. Regular sessions can help with anxiety and stress.
It is very calming and peaceful, set in beautiful healing natural forests and coastlines.
