Virtual yoga from the comfort of your own home!

Join me for a one-hour gentle yoga flow. The booking fee portion of the class cost goes to the charities Humanitix (an online booking platform) and Yalari (an Indigenous scholarship program). Yoga is good for you and good for the world :)

Open class suitable for all levels. Please contact me to advise of any pregnancies, injuries, or medical issues so that I support you to practice safely.
