Join us for 2 hours of Himalayan Breathwork, Kriya, Asana and Mantra as we drop into the essence and subtle energies of Shiva and Shakti. The masculine and feminine, Yin and Yang polarities that dance within each and every one of us. 


A journey that will activate and strengthen your staying power and destroy limiting beliefs through embodying the qualities of Shiva. As well as nurturing and nourishing our Shakti essence, bringing balance into the body, experiencing blissful states of consciousness.
