By chanting sacred mantras and prayers to Shiva into the dark of the night, we create a spiritual space to drop in and connect with higher consciousness. Let’s come together in honour of this ancient tradition and enter into a sacred vigil. It is said that to tune into the cosmic energy, the spine should be erect and perpendicular to the earth’s gravitational pull, so the energy has a clear path to rise.
