Shakti Shiva is the dance of stillness and movement, strength and surrender, presence and flow.

Give yourself permission to take a breath, soften into your heart, and come home to your natural rhythm where the masculine and feminine within you meet in balance and flow.

This soulful day invites you to rest deeply, connect authentically, and rise renewed.

Together we’ll move through practices that open the body, balance energy, and expand the heart. You’ll be nourished with wholesome food, space for reflection, and soulful connection with others on the same journey of becoming whole.

Through restorative yoga, gentle embodied movement, heart-centred breathwork, sound healing, Reiki and crystal energy healing you’ll be guided to awaken both the grounded Shiva energy and the radiant Shakti within.

Hosted by two kindred souls, both qualified yoga and meditation teachers, one also a certified Rebirthing/Breathwork facilitator, Reiki Master Teacher, Sound & Crystal Healer, Past Life Regressionist and Family Constellation Faciltiator.
