Shortsomes are activities that are quick and playful. These sessions are 45 minutes long and designed to give you a chance to give your creative self a quick stretch.
Based on creative prompts shared in my Methods and Madness Substack newsletter, and following on from feedback from readers about how much they enjoy them, I have decided to facilitate sessions that allow your imagination the chance to indulge in a quick romp. Each session will be centred around a quick and inspirational provocation for you to respond to.
Perfect for busy or frazzled people who want to check in with their creative side.
