      Frequently Asked Questions:

      When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time to check in, use the restroom, get a drink of water, and get ready. Running late? Call 507-467-2437.

Can I register at the door?

Walk-ins are accepted only if space allows. Pre-register online to guarantee your spot.

What if the weather is bad?

The course runs rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions. Events will only be canceled in unsafe conditions (e.g., lightning or winds over 35 mph). If the event is canceled due to inclement weather and you have not yet started the course, you will receive a refund.

Is the high ropes course safe?

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. Each participant is secured in a full-body harness and attached to the course using a SmartSnap safety system rated to 20,000 lbs. You’ll be connected to overhead safety cables the entire time you’re on the course.

Trained instructors will guide your group through equipment use, safety protocols, and a live demonstration before you begin. An instructor will also be on the course at all times during the event.

Our high ropes course is fully compliant with Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) standards and is inspected regularly—both by our internal experts and annually by a certified ACCT Professional Vendor Member.

Is there an age or height requirement to participate?

Yes. Participants must be at least 6 years old and at least 28 inches tall from the ground to their belly button.

This height ensures participants can safely connect their harness tether to the overhead belay wire. Shorter individuals will not be able to attach properly and cannot participate.

If a participant is under 18 and attending without their parent or guardian, they must bring a medical release form signed by a parent/guardian. Please print, sign, and bring the form to check-in.

What are the physical requirements to participate?
