A LAKEHOUSE LONG TABLE SEAFOOD BANQUET HOSTED AT THE MOORINGS LAKEHOUSE
Shuck & Shell’ is a fun filled foodie's journey from the paddock to the lake to the plate with summer cocktails and sunset tunes to carry you through a delicious sweet chilli crab long table lunch. We'll throw in a locally sourced Summer gin cocktail by Wharf Street Distillery and a half a dozen Wallis Lake oysters to cap off this epic summer foodie event. Maestro, Ilan Kidron from the Potbelleez will keep the good vibes and summer tunes flowing through to sunset. All of this is set on the extraordinary lake front peninsula at The Moorings Lakehouse only 3.5hr North of Sydney.
FROM THE PADDOCK TO THE LAKE TO THE PLATE
You'll start by collecting ingredients from our organic gardens where The Wharf St Distillery Bar staff will serve you up a summer cocktail or mocktail. Then down to the lake front to break down freshly caught crabs with our very own King Neptune crab fisherman. Next you'll take your bounty up to our chefs to cook up a plate of sweet chilli blue swimmer crab, shuck a few Wallis Lake oysters. Find your spot amongst friends, new & old at the long table listening to some breezy tunes from maestro Ilan Kidron from The Potbelleez.

x2 nights accommodation in a 5m Luxury lakeside Bell Tent with power, twin single or a king bed, linen, towels, bedside table, fan, rug, picnic table, bar fridge, BBQ etc. Each adult receives a plate of sweet chilli blue swimmer crabs, half a dozen Wallis Lake oysters, x4 Asian inspired side dishes, dessert, one Wharf Street Distillery Summer Cocktail or mocktail. Musical entertainment curated by Ilan Kidron. Arrival from 2pm Friday 10th Janurary 2025, Departure by 10am Sunday 12th. Guest must bring all food and supplies outside of the event time of Saturday 12th jan 4pm - 8pm.
