When a local netball team forms for a new season, the women who show up are strangers, brought together by chance, curiosity, and the need for something more. Led by Emma, a former professional netballer turned coach after a career-ending injury, the team is a mix of first-timers and former players, each carrying silent burdens. From new motherhood and marital breakdowns, to chronic illness, infertility, trauma, and the need to belong. What begins as sport becomes survival.
