What to bring :

- yoga mat + blanket (bolster & thin cushion if you like)

- water bottle

- journal and pen if you wish

- wear comfy clothes

- a personal item to charge on the altar if you wish

Preparation:

- Eat light meals on the day of and the one before the session (natural and nutritious foods).

- Avoid processed or fried foods, industrial sodas, and heavy-to-digest foods (like meats).

- Stay well-hydrated throughout the day (no alcohol, coffee, or energizing substances).

- Take a cool shower before the session, and avoid perfume or strong smells.

- Avoid any sexual activity 24 hours before the session, including masturbation (to conserve energy and be more receptive).

- Avoid any energetic practices 2 to 3 weeks before a session (Breathwork, energy healing, Kundalini activation, medicinal plants...) to enhance it's intensity of the session.

- Active use of recreational drugs or any medication that alters brain chemistry (antidepressants)

- Detached retina and glaucoma

- Kidney diseases

- High blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases

- Diagnosed aneurysm in the brain or abdomen

- Recent surgical intervention

- Uncontrolled thyroid conditions

- Diabetes

- Severe asthma

- Epilepsy and history of seizures

- Previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or any psychiatric condition

- Post-Traumatic Stress

- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
