Yes. Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, open your confirmation email, select “Manage order” and cancel your ticket to receive your refund.

Yes. Signal 001 is a strictly 18+ event due to the licensed sale and consumption of alcohol.
- Will I need to show ID?
Yes. A valid photo ID is required.
- Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. BYO alcohol is not permitted. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the venue.
- What should I do if I can no longer attend?
If you can no longer attend, you can request a refund up to 24 hours before the event. After this deadline, tickets are non-refundable.
