SIGNal: Building Relational Leadership Capabilities

The SIGNal program is a self-paced, online leadership development program delivered by ECU Executive Education. Its designed to empower line and middle managers to create and sustain healthy and inclusive work environments.

The course is delivered across 4 modules through a combination of online training and self-learning activities, case studies, multi-media resources, and assessment of a capability maturity model. You will have flexibility to complete the course at your own pace. As a guide, each module takes approximately 4 hours.

What is SIGNal?

SIGNal stands for ‘Supportive, Inclusive, Growth-oriented, New active leadership’. The program delivers practical tools for leaders to develop and refine relational leadership competencies. Using these tools can help reduce social harm, manage psychosocial risks, and strengthen team performance and connection.
