Signature Pole Dance Flow Class

This signature 60-minute class blends the fluid elegance of European pole flow with the dynamic edge of Russian exotic technique.

We focus on continuous, liquid movement, seamless transitions, and building a deep connection to the music. Whether you want to refine your lines or explore a more sensual, powerful style of movement, this space is for you.

⚠️ Experience Level Required: Beginner 2+

• Prerequisite: This class is open to Beginner 2 level dancers and above.

• Experience Needed: You must have prior pole experience. You should feel comfortable with basic spins, pole holds, and moving around the base of the pole.

• Note: This session is not suitable for absolute beginners who have never taken a pole class before.

⏱ The 60-Minute Breakdown

• First 15 Minutes: A targeted, full-body warm-up. We focus on active flexibility, shoulder stability, and ankle conditioning to prime your body for the pole.

• Next 40 Minutes: Choreography breakdown. You will learn a fluid, signature flow sequence, focusing on musicality, edge work, and transitions on and around the base of the pole. 

• Final 5 Minutes: Gentle cool down and stretching to lower your heart rate and ease your muscles. 

🎒 What to Bring & Wear

• Attire: Wear whatever makes you feel gooood! Express yourself and feel confident in your outfit but also don’t forget your knee pads for floor work to protect your joints.

• Footwear: Pleaser heels (or similar exotic pole shoes) are encouraged to capture the authentic Russian style, but you are completely welcome to flow in socks.

• Essentials: Bring a water bottle and a small sweat towel.
