✨ SILA Returns to NSW & ACT in 2025! ✨

Are you a CEO of a for-purpose organisation ready to elevate your leadership journey?

Join us for a free online information session about the Social Impact Leadership Australia (SILA) program, Australia’s most comprehensive leadership program for the for-purpose sector.

This world class, fully-funded, 10-month program—valued at over $80,000—has already transformed the leadership journeys of over 100 for-purpose CEOs nationwide. In 2025, SILA returns to NSW and ACT to continue building leadership and organisational capability and empowering CEOs to create lasting social change.

Applications for the 2025 SILA program are opening very soon!  With only 24 places available, this is a rare opportunity for CEOs to elevate their leadership capabilities, at no cost.

💡 What you’ll learn in the information session:

  • How SILA strengthens leadership and organisational capabilities
  • How it equips CEOs to drive organisational and sector-wide impact
  • The unique program structure and benefits
  • Everything you need to know to apply for the fully-funded SILA program

About SILA

SILA is an evidence-based program specifically developed to meet the needs of Australian for-purpose CEOs and build the capacity of their organisations through financial investment, leadership development and tailored executive coaching. SILA is a $9.8 million collaboration between five of Australia’s major foundations: The Myer Foundation and Sidney Myer Fund, the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation, the Paul Ramsay Foundation and Snow Foundation. The fully-funded program is delivered by The Centre for Social Impact, a world leader in social impact education, research and leadership. Participating CEOs and their organisations do not have to pay any costs to partake in the world-class program.
