Shift to Flow at Silberbrunn

For people living close to the edge who need more than a holiday. A retreat on a sunny alm at 1,500 m above Dienten am Hochkönig, for at most 10 guests: silence, nature, a clear daily rhythm and the practices from the book Shift to Flow.

Is this you?

You're always on — and can't switch off, not even on holiday.
You know what you should do, but under pressure the old pattern wins.
You want to keep doing meaningful work — without burning out.

The daily rhythm

Your day begins with a gentle morning practice while the mist still hangs over the meadows. You don't just understand why you're exhausted — you feel regulation slowly return.

Morning: shared morning practice, breakfast and arriving in the day.
Late morning: two practice and focus phases, with a short pause and shared reflection in between.
Midday: cooking together, caring for the farm, rest, and a hike or a mindful silent walk.
Afternoon: further deepening, short moments of reflection, time for wellness or simple farm work.
Evening: served dinner, evening practice and the transition into a quiet night.

What the practice includes

Nervous system regulation practices
Breath and embodiment sessions
Guided mindfulness and silence
Mindful silent walks in nature
Spaces for reflection and integration
Rest, wellness and simple grounding activities

What the retreat is designed for

More calm, clarity and inner stability. Less stress and overload. Reconnecting with your natural rhythm. More presence and groundedness. A felt sense of rest — and of a new beginning.

Is this retreat right for me?

Silberbrunn is a place of practice, not therapy. The retreat does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. If you are currently in acute burnout, depression, trauma therapy or a crisis, please speak to your doctor or therapist first — and to us before you book. After booking, we send you a short questionnaire and offer a call, so we can make sure the timing is right for you.

Getting there

Silberbrunn lies at 1,500 m above Dienten am Hochkönig — about 1 hour from Salzburg and 2½ hours from Munich. We meet you in Dienten and take you up the alm track: by jeep in summer, by ski tour in winter.

Was die Praxis umfasst
