Silent O-Studio Sauna + Cold Plunge

Set alongside the greens at Pegasus Golf Course, this 60-minute experience blends heat, cold, and stillness - in a serene, meditative environment that invites quiet reflection and deep calm.

Who is this for?

This is for you if:

• You’re constantly “on” - always thinking, always moving. You want a moment where nothing is expected of you except to be present

• You value solitude and stillness - and prefer rituals that are calm, quiet, and free from stimulation

• You’re seeking a nervous system reset - and just want to breathe more deeply, not do more

What’s included:

• A relaxed self-paced 60-minute sauna session with space for cold immersion (optional)

• A quiet, meditative environment with light music and no talking - perfect for reflection, mindfulness, or simply being still

• A calming outdoor space where silence becomes your sanctuary

• Our sauna has a maximum capacity of 6 people but we limit bookings to 5 for comfort. For bookings of 6 please enquire.
  

Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, our sessions are welcoming, supportive, and paced to meet you where you’re at. No pressure. No ego. Just breath, heat, calm, and clarity.

What to Bring:

• Shoes for water, e.g. Crocs, Jandels - The location is on grass and can get very wet

• Two towels - one for the sauna, one to dry off

• Swimwear

• Water bottle

• Clothes to change into

• Optional: robe, slides, sauna hat

Note: We have pop up changing tents on site, but come dressed sauna-ready or with easy layers.

Important Info:

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can welcome you properly

• No late entries - sessions start on time and space is limited

• Spots fill fast - these are capped to keep the experience personal and high-quality

• Bookings close 2 hours before each session so we can prepare your space with care, e.g. The booking time for a 4:30pm session will close at 2:30pm

We operate from a peaceful spot near the first hole and the Pegasus Golf Club car park:

• Find a park on the east side of the car park

• There are two walking access paths, either on the footpath past the putting green or  the gravel path along the treeline
