Join us on a weekend of supported silence and allow yourself to reconnect with the ever-present and unchanging aspect of yourself that is aware of it all. Knowing that you have all your needs taken care of, you can use this precious time to focus on your internal experience and gain first-hand insight into an awareness that can neither be given nor taken away.

A quiet place within you steady, calm, untouched by the noise of the world. It’s always been there, beneath the surface. This retreat is an invitation to return to that space.

Maybe you’ve sat in stillness before. Or maybe you just feel the need to slow down, to take a breath, to find clarity in the midst of it all. Wherever you’re at, you’re welcome here. 

This weekend isn’t about achieving anything. There’s nothing to fix or figure out. Just time and space to be with yourself, with nature, with the silence. 

In stillness, something softens. The nervous system settles. Thoughts become clearer. Emotions rise and gently pass. You begin to hear the quiet whispers beneath the noise the deeper truths, the forgotten dreams, the simple presence of being alive. 

Together, we’ll settle into supported silence. There’ll be moments for reflection, rest, and gentle guidance from Justin Martin and Christalee Marrone not to lead or direct, but simply to hold space as you listen to what’s already within you.

No pressure. No performance. Just absolute presence. 

When the mind grows quiet, the heart begins to speak. And in that stillness, we often find what we’ve been seeking all along clarity, calm, connection, and a deep sense of coming home. 

All meals, accommodation, and linen are included. 

You don’t need to bring anything but yourself.

Date: July 25th-27th 

Time: Retreat starts at 5.00pm Friday 25th of July & finishes 3pm Sunday 27th. 

Bring: Water bottle, journal, warm comfy clothes & an open heart 

Accommodation options: 

• 6x private single rooms $600 pp
• 2x Twin Share rooms $450 pp 

Payment plans can be arranged if discussed with Christalee or Justin.
