We've curated a series of short, silent activities to promote connections without the need for words.

*In order to ensure an even gender balance, we release tickets in small batches. If your gender is showing as sold out, please join the waitlist and you will be notified when more tickets are available! 

Recommended age: 26-44. 

Your comfort and consent are one of our top priorities. We invite you to adjust or opt out of any exercise to honour your personal boundaries. Your host will guide you on how to communicate your boundaries, ensuring a safe and respectful experience for all.

Please note:
- This is an alcohol-free event.

- Bring a water bottle

- There are no door sales,  please purchase your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment. 

- Although some activities may involve light movement, this is not Yoga. Yoga pants are not needed! However, be aware that the studio is warm, so we recommend you to wear comfortable clothes and layer.
