Silk All Day (A Weekend Full of Silk)

After a night of deep grooves, we invite you to slow down, stretch out, and reconnect by the water for Silk All Day a full-day gathering of music, learning, and community.

We’ll ease into the day with a delicious sound journey by Mia Kober accompanied by Mellowtact, setting the tone with gentle, grounding sounds. This will flow into an interactive DJ workshop and showcase for beginners, where some new DJs in the scene will share short sets. Between sets, we’ll exchange tips, tricks, and stories to inspire confidence and creativity behind the decks, all to the backdrop of uplifting daytime music.

Those who aren’t necessarily aspiring DJs can still enjoy the vibrant daytime atmosphere, browse a small stall area with second-hand festival wear and an art exhibition, or simply hang out with others in different corners of the clubhouse while soaking in the music and sunshine.

As the afternoon unfolds, we’ll open the space for talks and discussions on music-related topics, sharing of well-being practices, and brainstorming ways to support our community through the upcoming summer. Between sessions, enjoy carefully curated music from our Silk selectors.

As the sun begins to set, we’ll close the day with a sunset sound journey by PIANIKA, internationally renowned producer and creator of sound and energy capsules.

Silent Disco Headphones will be available all day for anyone wanting to take a breather, go for a walk around the bay, or enjoy a few private moments with music or meditation.

Throughout the day, light refreshments and snacks will be available with a focus on vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and non-alcoholic options.
