Hamish will introduce you to Chinese wine, take you on a tour Ningxia's Helan Mountain wine region, and demonstrate what makes Silver Heights so special. Wines include:

About Silver Heights
Established in 2007 by Emma Gao and her father Gao Lin, Silver Heights has since become one of Ningxia's leading quality wineries in the Eastern Foothills of the Helan Mountains. With two vineyards spanning 70 hectares, Emma creates both traditional wines informed by her time in Bordeaux, and innovative cuvees inspired by her home environment. Demeter-certified biodynamic and farmed with the Chinese lunisolar calendar, Silver Heights have continued to push the standard for sustainable winemaking in the region.
