Following their spectacular success at the 2026 MLT NZ Gold Guitar Awards, Senior Overall Winner Simon Thompson and Intermediate Overall Winner Grier Goodall are joining forces for one unforgettable night of music.
This special fundraising concert is designed to help send these two incredible Southland voices to the legendary Tamworth Country Music Festival in Australia. Grab a few mates and come out to support local talent, celebrate their historic wins, and help pave their highway to Tamworth!
Backed by the fantastic "Triple Shot Showband with Cav Clearwater and Brendan Mason", featuring guest appearances from some of Southland’s finest local musicians, The evening promises soaring vocals, heartfelt storytelling, and top-tier music that is bound to get you on the dance floor. All kept on track by MC extroadanaire Corbyn Shuttleworth.
