We will also explore how to navigate the beliefs and behaviors that may prove to be challenges along the journey to implement these plans, so that there is a greater probability of success.

Bianca McGee is the Founder and CEO of Plan Profit Grow™, a coaching and consulting firm helping women founders navigate cash flow, profitability, and money mindset challenges by co-creating a personalized strategic PLAN to prioritize PROFIT and GROW sustainably. My mission is to help women CEOs scale their businesses into valuable assets that have a massive impact on their team and clients, while creating time freedom and generational wealth for their families.

Prior to starting her firm, Bianca was a finance leader for over 15 years at Fortune 500 companies managing billion-dollar P&L budgets and operations alongside marketing and sales teams. Her educational background and training includes Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Organizational Behavior as well as a Master’s in Accounting all from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. She is also a certified Life Coach and trained Financial Coach.
