Simplifying Coaching Conference
Event description
Learn (almost) everything you need to know about how to have more transformational conversations by doing less.
ABOUT
The coaching industry is growing. More of us are consulting 'life' coaches than ever before, and many organisations are emphasising performance coaching over performance management. Coaching conversations happen within teams, in our work with clients and other relationships. With the growing interest in coaching it almost inevitable that we will all experience a coaching conversation at some point in our lives. Â
If you are interested in demystifying coaching, learning how to have more transformational conversations, and enhancing your coaching practice, then this event is for you. Â
WHAT WE WILL COVER
Join us as we explore what coaching is and how to integrate simple coaching techniques to have more effective conversations with colleagues, friends, and family.Â
In the session, we will:
- Demystify coaching, as we hear from Master Certified Coach and Author Claire Pedrick on the value of coaching and how to simplify your coaching practice
- Observe and learn from a coaching demonstration
- Participate in a panel discussion about the power of coaching and how to strengthen your own coaching practice
THIS IS A SESSION FOR EVERYONE
Whether you are a complete coaching beginner or a seasoned pro, there will be something for you in this session. Bring your questions, your examples, and any hints and tips of your own to share. By the end of our time together, we will all have learned something new that will improve the quality of our conversations.
