Join me on Tuesday evenings for meditative breath-work class. The perfect addition to your evening routine that will have you melting into bed. Relax as we focus on down regulating the nervous system through various Himalayan breath and meditation techniques. Bring awareness to the breath, let the day melt away and fall into bed (or asleep in class - this seems to be a regular occurrence!).
This class is run to make wellness accessible to everyone. Donations of up to $20 are welcome to help cover the costs of running online classes.
