Many men we know at Tables want to encourage other men to join a Table. Yet only a small proportion of men have successfully invited others along. Some are not sure what to say, or can't think who they'd invite, and others lack confidence to start the conversation.
This Step into Men's Work Forum is about Inviting a man to a Table.
It is for all men who are wanting to see more men at their own Table, or who would like to strengthen their ability and confidence to have a conversation with another man.
Join men from across all the Men's Tables and learn from those who do this well, as we explore the mindset, approach and practical conversation tips.
