Join Seedlings Music Therapy, The Creative Club and Music with Michal for this calming, interactive event for young children.

Including:

  • A fun family art exploration,
  • Guidance through a mindful movement practice
  • Singing and Dancing with Music with Michal
  • Finishing with a Musical Meditation
