Sing ~ Salt ~ Stretch: Play, Move & Connect at the Beach 💚✨

Laugh, sing, stretch and make joyful sounds together while we flow with the ocean vibes. Medicine songs on guitar, silly dancing and full-hearted connection included!

This playful, uplifting session will include light stretching and movement, some vocal play and expression and singing medicine songs together! Singing is totally voluntary - you could also just come and listen!

I may include other modalities like EFT (emotional freedom technique aka 'tapping') or Sound Healing from time to time!

Come ready to move your body, let your voice soar (totally voluntary!) and connect deeply—with yourself and others!

Children must be supervised by their parent/guardian at all times and are not under the care or responsibility of Anzjuli at any time - please respect the circle and do not disturb the session. Kids are welcome to join the fun, while quieter or reflective practices are optional.

💧 Water bottle to stay hydrated
👕 Loose, comfy clothes for stretching and movement
🏊 Swimmers if you want to swim before or after

🥁 Any Instruments you wana join in for with the medicine songs (not required)
