Based on the real-life Rehabilitation Through the Arts program at New York’s Sing Sing Maximum Security Prison, Sing Sing follows a group of incarcerated men as they create and perform theatre together — finding purpose, connection and a sense of possibility through the process.

Starring Colman Domingo alongside formerly incarcerated actors who were themselves part of the program, the film offers a powerful and deeply human portrait of friendship, creativity and transformation.

Sing Sing is a moving celebration of the extraordinary things that can happen when people are given the opportunity to create.
