What to Expect:

Our journey begins with a grounding and nourishing cacao ceremony, an invitation to immerse yourself in the healing energy of this sacred plant medicine.

Next, immerse yourself in the ancient Indian tradition of kirtan—a devotional practice of call-and-response chanting. Together, we'll weave a tapestry of beautiful mantras and heart songs in Sanskrit and English, accompanied by the gentle melodies of harmonium, guitar, and drum.

We'll conclude our circle with a brief sound healing session, allowing us to integrate the profound experiences of the evening on a deeper level.

No Experience Needed:

Whether you're drawn to simply enjoy the healing vibrations or feel the urge to join in the singing, everyone is welcome. Simply allow yourself to be carried by the waves of sound, and let the music work its magic.

The Singing Circle is a space for authentic expression and co-creation. Whether you're moved to share a song, story, dance, or simply to connect with others, this is a space where all forms of expression are celebrated.

What to Bring:

Bring along a water bottle and a cushion for comfortable seating.

Please arrive by 5:45 PM for a prompt 6:00 PM start. The doors close at 6:15 PM to hold the container. Unfortunately late arrivals will be unable to enter after this time.
