  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.

Event description

Join Mac and Hannah for a night of great wines, great food and a whole lot of enjoyment as we share this release exclusively with our mailing list members and friends. 

Karen will be cooking a wonderful 4-course menu for us that she has devised to pair with each of the wines, which will be served in Saint George's stunning private dining room.

Arrive for a glass of grower Champagne before sitting down to a matched menu to accompany the following wines:

  • 2021 Spear Gully Chardonnay
  • 2021 Little Yarra Chardonnay
  • 2021 Ferguson Chardonnay
  • 2021 Little Yarra Pinot Noir
  • 2021 Ferguson Pinot Noir
  • 2019 Ferguson ‘Black Label’ Pinot Noir
  • 2022 Hugh Cabernets
  • PLUS a selection of back vintage including 2017 Ferguson Black Label Chardonnay, 2006 Ferguson Pinot Noir concluding with the 2012 Hugh Cabernets.
