Connect Social Central Coast Presents: Singles Yoga with Reece

Join us for a Vinyasa Yoga class designed to benefit your mind, body, and soul while connecting with other like-minded singles in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

What to Expect

• A Vinyasa Yoga flow session with Reece, with a sound bowl mediation to end with Lisa

• A unique twist—everyone in the room is single, making it a perfect space to form meaningful connections and friendships.

• Optional post-class catch-up at the café for coffee, tea, or a meal to further connect.

Event Details

• When: Sunday 23rd February 11am

• Where: Komuniti - Long Jetty

• Cost: $20 per person (limited spots available).

• What to Bring: Yoga mat, towel, and water.

• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Allow extra time for parking, as the area can get busy. Additional parking is available behind the pub across the road or in nearby side streets.

Upcoming Plans

We’re aiming to host this class every three weeks, alternating between Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa combines flowing movement and breath, while Yin offers a meditative, slower-paced experience—both excellent ways to connect with yourself and others.
