Sir Anthony Mason Lecture 2024

Craig began his practice at the bar in May 2006 and was appointed Senior Counsel in 2019. His expertise lies in constitutional and administrative law as well as appellate work. He is a member of the Human Rights Committee of the New South Wales Bar Association and the Ethics Committee of the Australian Bar Association. Craig has represented clients in more than 45 High Court appeals and original jurisdiction cases addressing constitutional and significant public law issues. In 2023, he notably served as senior counsel in the landmark NZYQ case, which overturned the Al-Kateb v Godwin decision.
