SIRF CIWG |5S Improvements - Bring and Share one Good Example of 5S from Your Workplace
Event description
In this SIRF Common Interest Work Group, we are asking attendees to bring and share one good example of 5S from their workplace
5S is a foundational element of Lean and process improvement. Well designed 5s takes on aspects of Visual Management making targets and who is accountable clear to all. This fundamental organisation of the workplace sets the stage for flourishing continuous improvement. But any seasoned Continuous Improvement leader knows that there is always something to learn!
In this SIRF workshop , we will be asking for attendees to bring and share one good example of 5S from their workplace. We will also have the chance for discussions with your peers on sustaining 5S.
Feeling brave? Bring a before and after photo to show the improvement
Come along , even if you don't yet have something to share but want to learn from what others are doing and talk with those doing it.
This kind of peer-to-peer learning is what SIRF excels in!
