SIRF CIWG | Measuring Employee Morale
Event description
This in an Online Event.
Employee morale has proven to have a direct effect on productivity and also impacts employee turnover rate. Given its importance , it is makes sense for companies to have a good measure of employee morale to enable them to track the effectiveness of their efforts to improve it.
Different ways of measuring the same thing are analogous to that old western Clint Eastwood movie, The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.
Good Measures are
- Repeatable
- Up to date
- Free (or minimal cost)
- And measure things we can change.
Bad Measures are not repeatable, or are out of date, or cost a lot, or any combination of those three, but they still measure things we can change.
Ugly Measures are those that measure things we can't change.
So how do we measure something so abstract as Morale?
Come along to this event and share your company's Morale Measurements, Good, Bad, or Ugly, and learn how others are tackling this tricky measurement.
We will discuss methods used such as surveys,
SIRF even promises to send you a satisfaction survey after the event!
