A masterclass from Carter McNabb 

Carter McNabb will present on modern leadership and culture drawing from his:

    • Board and executive experience at Armitage Private Equity (Partner & Board Member), Accenture (Managing Director), and GRA Supply Chain (Founder), amongst others,

    • Systems intervention coaching qualification,

    • Leadership development and executive coaching work,

    • Extensive experience in men's work (Mankind Project, Island of Men, etc), and

    • Personal interest in neuroscience, relational psychology and behavioural science.

    Carter McNabb is deeply passionate about Culture and Leadership and in this Masterclass he will cover:

    • How businesses are the modern "tribe" and what the implications are for business culture
    • Why a new (but actually old) way of leadership is essential
    • What "inside out" leadership is - it starts with me
    • The essential leadership and cultural shifts all leaders must be engaged in
    • What the leading neuroscience research says
    • How psychological safety, inclusion and authenticity turbo charges productivity, innovation and financial returns
    • Some of his story - what he's done well and what he hasn't
