SIRF OERt Masterclass |"Straight Line" Leadership - The Key to Unlocking an Incredibly Powerful but Hidden Growth Amplifier
Event description
"Straight Line” Leadership - The Key to Unlocking an Incredibly Powerful but Hidden Growth Amplifier
With Carter McNabb
Join us for a transformative session with Carter McNabb, a seasoned executive leader, and coach, exploring the dynamics of "Straight Line Leadership" and "Relational Leadership" – two powerful frameworks proven to unlock growth at both individual and organizational levels.
Carter’s experiential and interactive session will explore the Extraordinary Human’s Straight Line Leadership and Relational Leadership modalities.
What are Relational Leadership and Straight Line Leadership?
Relational Leadership: Welcoming and working with the whole human, both the seen (behaviours, capacities and skills) and the unseen (beliefs, values and motivations).
Straight Line Leadership: Dissolving cyclical interference patterns of defensiveness and avoidance, the vortices that pull us off course, to create an efficient, coherent and adaptable straight line of growth. Responsive vs reactive.
These are phenomenal, proven magnifiers, amplifiers and multipliers of growth.
- Growth of the Human.
- Growth of the Organization.
- Growth of the Results.
This is not the standard Leadership presentation.
This is about Leadership that maximises, optimises and leverages human potential to create incredible possibilities. The session will be supported by real world examples, case studies and interactive exercises, with the underpinning Neuroscience, Relational Psychology and Peak Performance Pointers (3P).
Rich, engaging and a lot of fun!

ABOUT CARTER
I am a passionate student of life and love to learn. I have been many things. High flying corporate executive, University Lecturer, entrepreneur and founder, frequent public speaker, Board Director and Executive Leadership Coach & Mentor. I founded, built and then sold a Management Consulting business to Accenture and was Managing Director in the Strategy & Consulting practice for Accenture Australia post acquisition. I’ve taught in Monash University’s Masters Program. Post Accenture, I worked in Private Equity as Executive Director, Executive Coach and organisational value creator. I am currently Executive Chairman of the not-for-profit Men’s Mental Health & Wellbeing organisation Island of Men.
I'm also currently in the final stages of writing a book called "The Extraordinary Human - Twelve Principles for Making the Extraordinary Ordinary" intended to cultivate more safety, sovereignty and service in the world. And I’ve recently founded a business called the Extraordinary Human focussing on Growth, Leadership, Culture and Relationships. Leveraging three decades of executive and entrepreneurial leadership experience, neuroscience, relational dynamics and human optimisation, Extraordinary Human (EXoHm) works with organisations and individuals to deliver phenomenal growth and results. I finally figured out what I want to do when I grow up!
I’m also a muso, Dad and eternal student. I am beautiful, and I am spectacularly imperfect. I have lived both light and shadow deeply. And I am here.
I look forward to the Leadership session with you in Feb 2025!
