Supply Chain efficacy today is not just about a focus on efficiency but is about securing strategic advantage in times of crises.  A discussion on key considerations on ensuring you have appropriate supply chain resiliency not just in the planning of your supply chains, but also the ability to be able to detect, sense and respond to issues with the support of digitisation.

Anna Reid is General Manager of  Operations at Kinrise, overseeing logistics,  manufacturing, procurement, and EHS. Kinrise is an Australian owned business, formed in May 2018, making products across a range of categories. Kinrise’s  portfolio of brands range from loved popcorn (Cobs, Poppin) to trusted baking and pancake mixes (Greens), and manufacturing plants in Victoria, NSW and Queensland. Prior to joining Kinrise Anna was General Manager - Manufacturing for Asahi Beverages. Anna completed a double bachelor degree of Engineering (Systems) & Information Technology, and has recently completed her MBA through Melbourne Business School. In 2015, Anna was named Victorian Young Manufacturer of the Year and today chairs the Swinburne University Manufacturing Futures Research Institute Advisory Board
