SIRF Workshop |Effective Visual Management - bring and share one good example of Visual Management from your workplace
Event description
In this SIRF Common Interest Work Group, we are asking attendees to bring and share one good example of visual management from their workplace
Well designed Visual Management makes both the targets and also who is accountable clear to all. This visibility allows organisations to effectively manage their operations and allows managers to discuss, coach, guide and praise as required based on performance not personality.
Equally, those accountable feel the organisational need and their role in meeting this without requiring constant supervision.
Effective Visual Management helps make doing the right thing easier - allowing in the words of Gwendolyn Galsworth for "Work that Makes Sense".
In this SIRF workshop , we will be asking for attendees to bring and one good example of visual management from their workplace. We will also have the chance for discussions with your peers on Effective Visual Management.
Come along , even if you don't yet have something to share but want to learn from what others are doing and talk with those doing it.
