Unlearning Survival Mode is part of the Sistas Rebuilding Sisterhood monthly virtual conversation series hosted by Conversations in Color.

This 90-minute discussion invites intergenerational Black women to explore how survival narratives were passed down, when they protected us, and when they began to isolate us from support and connection. Participants will reflect on resilience, endurance, and what it means to receive help without guilt.

Facilitated by Lana Reid, founder of Conversations in Color and creator and host of The Male Perspective, this conversation centers discernment, community, and healing.
