Event description

Awaken Your Spring Intentions: A Transformative Evening of Connection and Creativity

Step into the sacred space of renewal as we gather to honour the turning of the seasons and prepare for the arrival of spring.

This evening retreat, held from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, invites you to slow down, connect with the land, and tune in to your inner wisdom.

Through guided visualisations, reflective sharing, and creative rituals, you'll be supported in planting the intentions you wish to grow this spring. Together, we will settle around a crackling fire, ground ourselves with a meditative journey, and explore the balance within our lives through meaningful dialogue. Take time to wander under the twilight sky, gather natural elements, and craft a medicine bundle infused with your spring intentions. This is a unique opportunity to connect with others, embrace the energy of “being,” and nurture your creative spirit in a warm and supportive circle. Spaces are limited to ensure intimacy and depth. Book now to secure your place in this beautiful celebration of spring renewal.

The Burrow

I started The Burrow in April 2024, providing a space for people to come together to heal, transform, connect and celebrate.

Most of our events have holistic wellbeing in mind, all guided by skilled facilitators. We have CIC status, which is designed for businesses that aim to benefit the community, rather than private shareholders. CICs are a form of social enterprise, where profits are generally reinvested into the community or used to support the company’s social mission. In time, we hope to get funding to improve the facilities, which will make some events easier during the rainier months. Every ticket you purchase gets us a little closer to our bigger plans.

“I” refers to myself – Juliet. I am a clinical hypnotherapist passionate about nature and human connection as tools for healing. My journey began in finance, but I soon shifted to hypnotherapy, ultimately completing an MSc focused on consciousness, spirituality, and transpersonal psychology. This study encouraged open-minded exploration and the integration of ancient traditions, introspection, and critical thinking into my work. Inspired by Krishnamurti’s teachings on self-awareness and freedom from conditioning, I aim to make The Burrow a space where people reconnect with nature, each other, and themselves through self-inquiry and meaningful connection.

We are slowly opening up the ticket booking schedule for next year. Keep your eyes open! If you’d prefer to keep off socials, the best way to get information is to “follow” The Burrow on here to be notified of any new events. We also have a website http://theburrowfarnham.co.uk .
