Event description
*POSTPONED DUE TO ALERT LEVELS* (Will be rescheduled at a later date or as an online event)
Would you like to have a better understanding of your health and how you can support your hormones to improve your mood, skin, hair, weight, stress, fertility, and sleep?
It's time to look after number one.
This workshop is for you if:
- You are experiencing hormonal issues or signs of imbalance
- You are tired of riding the emotional rollercoaster of your monthly cycle
- You've not made progress with your GP/health provider
- You are experiencing issues with your moods, skin, hair or libido
- You would like to further explore hormones in a safe, welcoming environment
- You desire to increase your fertility
- You are looking for ways to manage stress and sleep disturbances
We would like you to know that it doesn't have to be like this - You're not alone in experiencing these symptoms and in fact it is extremely common among women.
We have been conditioned to feel awkward about having open conversations about hormones, but it is an important part of life that together we can create a safe space to share, and realise that there is no need to feel embarassed about hormones and the accompanying symptoms.
Your 2-hour experience includes:
- Workshop on optimising hormones, stress, and finding your way back to balance
- Practical sessions on mindfulness, daily practices, and connection
- Interactive sessions including games to foster a deeper understanding of hormones
- Q&A with the hosts
Hosts:
Sol Pineda and Danielle Poyzer have partnered up to bring you a very special 2-hour workshop to help you nourish, rebalance and reconnect with your hormones. Through storytelling, games, engaging conversation, Danielle & Sol will guide you through the small changes you can implement daily that will have a big impact on your hormone health and wellness in the future.
Sol is a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and has worked as a yoga and meditation teacher for years, completing more than 500 hrs Certified by Yoga Alliance. She works with clients to develop healthy habits and a positive, balanced lifestyle, by developing new skills in mindfulness, breathing, and holistic techniques that support a healthy and abundant mindset and life.
Danielle is training as a naturopath through the Naturopathic College of New Zealand and is combining her knowledge of natural healing with neuroscience to create a more holistic view of treating the mind, body and soul as one. She suffered from undiagnosed PCOS since being a teenager and spent 5 years going through the medical system trying to find and treat the root cause with little success. The straw that broke the camel's back was when her GP said "there is no cure."
This is where natural medicine bridges the gap!
After embarking on a long journey to discover the alternatives, Danielle decided she wants to help other women with PCOS and other hormonal conditions.
Set in a beautiful space in central Queenstown, overlooking the lake and mountain backdrop.
Light-hearted, interactive, and a safe space - mark the date!
