Mini retreat energy WITHOUT the huge retreat price tag.

One beautiful day and night where you don’t need to facilitate.

You don’t need to mother everyone.

You don’t even need to work on yourself.

You just get to RECEIVE.

You get to be NOURISHED.

We’ll gather in our new sanctuary tucked between the national park and the ocean and spend the day dropping out of the noise of everyday life and back into our bodies.

But honestly, what excites me most isn’t even the itinerary.

It’s everything in between.

Getting into our comfy clothes.

Someone making another cup of tea.

The belly laughs.

The conversations that suddenly go somewhere real.

Eating together.

Sitting under the stars.

Going to bed without having to rush back into the city.

Waking up together surrounded by trees, birds and ocean air.

And then stepping into the national park the following morning to walk, breathe and integrate.

THIS is the community I’ve been dreaming about creating.

A place women can come when their nervous systems need softness.

Where you can escape the city without needing to book a huge expensive retreat.

Where healing doesn’t always have to mean digging into another wound.

Sometimes healing looks like being fed.

Being witnessed.

Being listened to.

Being silly.

Being quiet.

Being surrounded by women.

Being in nature.

Sitting beside fire.

Feeling ocean water on your skin.

Drinking cacao with women who understand you.

And remembering…

We were never supposed to do life alone. 🌹

Because this is happening in our home, spaces will be VERY limited.
