Site Tour – Orora Beverage Cans
Orora Beverage Cans is a leading supplier of aluminium beverage cans across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, renowned for its strong commitment to sustainability and innovation in packaging solutions.
The company recently completed a major upgrade at its Revesby facility, installing a new multi-size can production line designed to handle a wide range of can formats to meet diverse customer needs. Construction began in the second quarter of 2023 and was successfully commissioned in the first quarter of 2025.
A standout feature of the Revesby site is its implementation of Procter & Gamble's Integrated Work System (IWS) framework, which drives operational excellence. IWS promotes total employee ownership, standardised processes, and data-driven decision-making—offering valuable lessons for organisations seeking continuous improvement.
