Site Tour - Zip Water - Their Lean Journey Continues 

While getting a first-hand look at some of Australia's leading industrial and manufacturing facilities and warehouses, our site tours are a great way to network and engage in peer-to-peer learning.

Zip Water designs and manufactures at their Condell Park facility and are leaders in filtered water solutions. You may have one of their Hydro Taps in your workplace or home right now. They are the only place in the world where the Zip Hydro Tap is manufactured.

Our previous site tour at Zip was in 2023 and since then they have continued to make huge strides in improving their manufacturing facility through capital investment and shop floor layout.

With a combination of automation and manual assembly processes, along with Kanban and flow cell manufacturing, they continue to drive forward with a continuous improvement mindset.

Who should attend?
Limited to 15 participants, this tour is ideal for those wanting to see another IPA member site and with a keen eye for continuous improvement practices.
As a member of IPA you can register up to 2 people, subject to availability, to attend this event.
This event is for IPA members only, there will be no public access to this event. 

When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 7 days before event.
Registrations are based on a "first come, first served" basis. 
There are no allocated seats with membership.
