Join us on site with Adam Baxter from Fletcher Living, recently a Building Institute Site Manager of the Year finalist! Adam will take us through this exciting seven-building development in Christchurch’s East Frame, part of Fletcher Living’s One Central project.

The development includes 64 townhouses and apartments, centred around a shared garden and courtyard, right beside Margaret Mahy Playground and the Ōtākaro/Avon River. A great opportunity to get on site, see the project up close and hear from an experienced industry professional about its delivery.
