This rich opportunity to journey into the realms of your heart will unfold over 2 - 2.5hrs beginning with a meditation supported by the medicines of Cacao and Blue Lotus to help us enter in. 

You will then be invited into an Embodied Inquiry practice (this is the part of deepening getting to know your heart) and a fun integration full expression, loud and pulsing Somatic Dance Journey.

Be prepared to open up, dive in and fall in love (as much or as little as you would like)

Your teacher is Jody Brown, a woman dedicated to the path of the heart and the embodiment of our humanity and connection for the purpose of discovering our own authentic truth and freedom.  Jody has spent years in embodiment and inquiry practices and has been teaching yoga since 2012, has trained in Somatic Therapy, Zenthai Shiastu, Somatic Dance and of learning from her great teachers life and her heart as she goes and grows.
