Situational Training by the Doer Academy Presented by Crowbar

Welcome to a workshop that focuses on teaching people about what to do in a situation where someone could become violent, how do we deescalate it and prevent the violence with some skills that police officers use, crisis intervention skills. Headed by Felicia Pecora, a retired police officer, retired Army combat veteran, and founder of the Doer Academy.

This training helps equip the community with skills to anticipate, manage and overcome challenges in a crisis situation.

Courses focus on topics including deescalation, situational awareness, emergency medical aid and diversity equity and inclusion. and creating safe spaces.
