Skatefest 2022 - Open Skate Jam & Roller Disco

Roll on in for FREE fun these School holidays!

Back by popular demand, Pacific Fair’s car park is transforming into a skate park again for Skateboarding and Roller skating this year.

ROLLER DISCO & OPEN SKATE JAM

Dates: 

• Wed 12, Thurs 13 & Fri 14 Jan 2022
• Wed 19, Thurs 20 & Fri 21 Jan 2022

Times: 4:30pm – 7:30pm

WHERE: Blue Car Park, above Target

Ages: Intermediate to Advanced skaters only

Boogie on down! Get ready to dance and skate at the same time in an 80’s inspired session with a live DJ and disco lights. Recommend for intermediate to advanced skated during these open skate sessions within the customer build arena. Please note at these sessions you are required to bring your own skateboard, roller skates and safety equipment for the Open Skate & Roller Disco to utilise the walk-in area. This is not a lesson.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Bookings are essential.
• All personal intending to enter must sign a waiver at the registration desk to be granted access. CLICK HERE to prefill out your waiver.
• Please ensure you arrive on time for your bookings. If you are more than 15minutes late you may lose your spot.
  
• This event is operating in compliance with a COVID Safe Event Plan.
• Must register through ‘Check in QLD’ app
• Use hand sanitiser before entry.
• Adhere to 1.5m physical distancing.
• Face Masks – We ask all adults and parents entering into Skatefest to wear a face mask. Children under 12 years and people affected by a medical condition or disability do not need to wear a face mask.
• Please stay at home if in the previous 14 days you have:
• Return to Australia from overseas.
• Been in close contact with an active COVID-19 hotspot, place of concern or exposure venue.
• Had a fever, cough, sore throat, headache, distorted sense of taste, shortness of breath, chills, vomiting or any cold/flu like symptoms in the last 72 hours.
• If you become unwell during the event, please seek assistance from event staff.
• We have the right to refuse service and insist the anyone with these symptoms leaves the venue.
• Parent/guardians must actively supervise children.
• Recommended to bring a bottle of water.
• All customers must always listen and obey lesson instructors. Customers disobeying instructions will be asked to leave the activation area.
• Please book only once to allow as many Pacific Fair customers to experiences this free activation. Multiple bookings over multiple timeslots may results in cancellation which you will be notified.
• Reminder, this is still a functioning car park so please always supervise children in the area.
