Skill Up - Provide First Aid

First Aid training may seem basic, but it saves lives every day. Most employers request an employee has a first aid certificate. Royal Life Saving WA one of Australia’s largest life-saving organisations will deliver a one-day course. Participants are required to be between the ages of 15 and 24 to participate in this course. 

*Please note that all course places will be prioritized for SJ Youth residents first*

Before the course
All participants must complete the online learning and the knowledge-based assessments prior to attending the classroom portion of the course. You can access these resources this via an 'Axcelerate' log in, the link and information is below:

Please select the date and location of your course - HIGHLIGHT (click on the time) THE TIMES OF THE COURSE TO ACTIVATE.

Steps below:
1. Register for the course through the link - HIGHLIGHT THE TIME OF THE COURSE (CLICK ON IT)
2. Receive an email to enter all data required (DOB, USI etc) – please note all the data we require is a RTO standard and ASQA required to issue a Statement of Attainment
3. Receive an email invite to create a log in
4. Complete the online component

You will then receive an email to add enrolment details (DOB, USI Etc) and another email to invite you to create an Axcelerate log in.

Vocational Qualifications

Students studying vocational qualifications are required to register for a Unique Student Identifier (USI) and supply their USI to their training provider. This must be supplied before a Statement of Attainment can be issued. Royal Life Saving WA cannot issue your certificate until you have provided us with your USI.
