Are you ready to step into management in the hospitality industry? This course equips you with essential skills and knowledge required for managing licensed premises responsibly. 

Join us for a comprehensive workshop where you'll learn about maintaining a responsible drinking environment as a server and fulfilling host responsibility requirements as a duty manager. Gain insights into the Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) and prepare for success in managing hospitality operations. Offers NZQA credits. 

DURATION: 1 day; from 10am till 3pm

Total Credit Value: 7 credits 

• 4645: Demonstrate knowledge of maintaining a responsible drinking environment as a server in licensed premises (2 credits) 

• 4646: Demonstrate knowledge of host responsibility requirements as a duty manager of licensed premises (2 credits) 

• 16705: Demonstrate knowledge of host responsibility requirements as a duty manager Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) (3 credits)
